Ben’s Post Race Interview
Ben’s words:
It was incredibly close at 0.049 of a second although this has been a long time coming after a few 4th place finishes in last years championship it is definitely a relief to finally be standing on the podium.
I’d like to thank Souley Motorsport for the continued efforts into my racing especially George and Brain who i’ve been working with closely this season. Dad of course as well i wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for him and also my sponsors Cox’s Garage, Banbury Bodyshop, Financial Connections and Wilf the Dog.
When i saw the penalty board for one of the drivers in front it definitely gave me some more motivation to push even more try get within the gap and being able to pull that off on the last lap i felt like Lando Norris Scenario 7!
Its a fantastic result considering its the first ever time I’ve been here, congratulations to Lucas and Jacob for the other podium finishers. We keep on smiling and lets go for the next one!
